Our online laundry service operates from Monday to Saturday between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
You can choose from the following slots for laundry pickup:
A. 09:30 AM – 01:00 PM
B. 01:00 PM – 04:30 PM
C. 04:30 PM – 06:30 PM
• Call or WhatsApp us on 0317-5286379, select a slot for your laundry pickup, and share your address.
• One of our riders will arrive for laundry pickup, note down the laundry, separate the clothes and add them to laundry bags, and weigh them in front of you on a digital weighing scale.
• We will wash, iron, and fold/hang your laundry and deliver it back in 3 working days (except Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your laundry reaches our washing unit, the items are recounted and cross-checked to eliminate possibilities of human error during collection.
• We inform you of any changes, if any, before further processing your laundry.
• Unlike traditional dhobi services, our process is digital. We enter the laundry details into our system for software-generated tags. Your laundry won’t be lost or exchanged with another client.
• We then send your laundry for washing, drying, ironing, and folding/hanging.
• Our QA team checks every laundry piece before sending it for delivery.
• Our rider delivers the laundry back (in 3 working days).
We offer water-based washing and ironing services. We wash your laundry using imported detergents and gentle softeners, and you can choose to receive your laundry as folded or hanged.

We charge Rs.100 for pickup and delivery. We offer free pickup and delivery on all orders above Rs. 1,000!
